Located on a part of the Southern Costa Blanca known as the Orihuela Costa, Zeniamar is a supesrb and popular urbanization within easy reach of the local beaches.
Zeniamar is a well designed and landscaped urbanization with wide green spaces and seating areas, with at least one communal swimming pool in each phase.
Zeniamar is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and shops of both Punta Prima and La Florida. Also close by is the commercial centre at Flamenca Beach.
Within a 10 minute drive of Zeniamar there are 3 championship golf courses and also the busy town of Torrevieja with its many facilities.
Zeniamar lies just off the main coast road, the N332 between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca.
